Base ratings run to 102. Twenty cards sit at 94 or above — the nineteen orange cards plus the single red one — out of 214 in total.

Noel Noa stands alone

At 102 he is four points clear of the next card and the only red in the game. There is no argument about whether he plays.

The same name, several times

Julian Loki appears three times at 96 in three different categories. Bunny Iglesias, Michael Kaiser and Vivian Hugo each appear twice at the same rating in different categories.

This matters for chemistry: an elite card that also exists inside your chosen category is far more valuable than the identical rating somewhere else. Rin Itoshi and Yoichi Isagi at 94 both sit in the Japan U-20 Squad, which is part of what makes that category the strongest build target.

Position coverage at the top is lopsided

The 94+ group is heavy on strikers and attacking midfielders and thin everywhere else. Marc Snuffy at 98 is the only defender in it, and there is no goalkeeper at all — the best keeper in the game is 85.

So a squad built purely from the top cards would be unbalanced by construction. This is another reason chemistry-first tends to beat rating-first.
